MISSIONS OF DEPARTMENT OF ACCOUNTING

  1. To provide quality education at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the field of accounting, with a focus on urban studies that is collaborative and multidisciplinary, to produce outstanding graduates capable of delivering innovative and creative solutions.
  2. To produce excellent research, particularly in urban studies, and to be recognized nationally and internationally in accounting.
  3. To impact the public, business and industrial sectors through professional work and accounting practice.
  4. To be a place for fostering ‘Manusia Jaya’ who are of integrity, professional, and possess a lifelong learning spirit, contributing positively to society and the environment.


GOALS OF DEPARTMENT OF ACCOUNTING

  1. To establish a leading department with excellent governance, competitive academic programs, and curriculum in the field of accounting, capable of competing with other universities in Southeast Asia.
  2. To create an academic atmosphere and culture in accounting as a research university.
  3. To produce high quality of knowledge, technology, and art in urban lifestyle and development within accounting.
  4. To produce lifelong learners who have curiosity, logical and critical thinking skills, and are diligent in applying their knowledge in accounting.
  5. To produce graduates who are dignified, broad-minded, creative, innovative, responsive to change, and make tangible contributions to environmental issues and well-being in accounting.
  6. To achieve a comparative excellence acceleration for UPJ through synergy and collaboration in accounting.
