Irma is Head of Accounting Study program in Pembangunan Jaya University since June 2021. Previously she has joined the Ernst & Young Public Accounting Firm (Big 4 Public Accountant Firm) as a consultant. While working at Ernst & Young, Irma was involved in several assignments related to Internal Audit, Risk Control Matrix, Business Process Improvement, Test of Control, Risk Management, and End User Computing. Irma's research interests in the fields of Green Accounting, Intellectual Capital, and Management Accounting that are related to social aspects and environmental sustainability. Irma has contributed to publications in the International Journal of Professional Business Review, International Journal of Business, Economics and Law, South East Asia Journal of Contemporary Business, Urban Development and Lifestyle: Nova Science Publisher and several other publications.
Secretary and Lecturer of Accounting Department
Novy is currently a lecturer in the Accounting Study Program at Pembangunan Jaya University. Previously, he joined PPM Management with his last position as Head of the Accounting Program. Novy's research interests are in the areas of Financial Accounting, Auditing, Fraud, and Management Accounting. Novy has contributed to the Analysis of the Implementation of PSAK72 Income Recognition and the Impact on Final Income Tax and Profit Management in Construction Companies, the Influence of Diamond Fraud on the Financial Reports of Insurance Companies in Indonesia, the Influence of Professional Skepticism and Self-Efficacy on the Detection of Financial Report Fraud in Public Accounting Firm Auditors, International Conferences in Technology, Humanities and Management, the Influence of Big Data Competency and Tone at the Top on Internal Auditor Fraud Detection Effectiveness, Analysis of the Influence of Big Data Competency and Self-Efficacy on the Detection of Fraudulent Financial Statements, the Mediating Role of Self-Efficacy and the Influence of Auditors' Professional Skepticism in Detecting Fraudulent Financial Statements, International Conference on Management and Accounting. Novy is also active as an International Journal Reviewer, Certified Corporate Forensic Auditor (CCFA) from the National Agency for Professional Certification of the Republic of Indonesia, and Assessor Profession - License from the National Agency for Professional Certification of the Republic of Indonesia
Scientific Coordinator and Lecturer of Accounting Department
Arry is currently a lecturer in Accounting Department at Pembangunan Jaya University. Previously he joined Muhammdiyah University Tangerang with the last position of Vice Dean for Finance and Personnel. Arry's research interests are in the fields of Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, and Sustainability. Arry has contributed to publications in International Journal of Educational Research and Social Sciences, International Journal of Science, Technology & Management, Journal of Business and Management Review, International Journal of Multi Science, Journal of Economics and Sustainable Development, Research Journal of Finance and Accounting, Economics and Accounting Journal, PalArch's Journal of Archaeology of Egypt. Arry is also active as a reviewer in several national journals and also active as editor in chief of the International Journal of Accounting, Management, Economics and Social Sciences.
Student Coordinator and Lecturer of Accounting Department
Farhan is currently a lecturer of Accounting Department at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya. Previously he worked for a manufacturing company for 4.5 years as an accountant for the company. Teaching experience began when he became an assistant lecturer in the period 2016 to 2017 at the place where he studied, Trisakti University in Accounting Study Program. The education that Farhan himself underwent was studying for a bachelor's degree in 2013 at the accounting department at Trisakti University, and continued his studies in 2017 at the accounting master's study program at Tisakti University.
Community Service Coordinator and Lecturer of Accounting Department
Fitriyah is currently a lecturer of Accounting Study Program in Pembangunan Jaya University. Previously she joined Sahid Tourism Institute and Trisakti Tourism Institute as part-time lecturer. Her research interests are SME and Management Accounting. She has published in International Journal of Business, Economics and Law, Urban Development and Lifestyle: Nova Science Publisher. She is currently studying Accounting Doctoral Degree at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University.

Fadil is currently a lecturer in the Accounting Study Program at Pembangunan Jaya University. Previously he served as Tax Leader at an oil company in Timika, Papua. As a tax leader he contributed to making tax planning and also completing tax audits. After he Finished being a tax leader, he was appointed as The Main Tax Expert by PT Sucofindo to serve in the Ministry of Investment. At the Ministry of Investment he was involved in the "Execution of Investment Realization in the Eastern Region" project. After that, he focused on becoming a lecturer at Pembangunan Jaya University, teaching several taxation courses. To support his teaching innovation, he is currently also active as a Tax advisor for private companies.
